WARRANTY
The Slide-A-Shelf Limited Warranty applies to all custom-made slide-out shelves manufactured by Home Link Solutions, Inc. (HLS) and sold to the original retail purchaser. This Limited Warranty is applicable in all states and may be enforced where Slide-A-Shelf or its authorized resellers offer warranty service. Slide-A-Shelf warrants that the slide-out shelf you have purchased is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Proof of purchased required. The steel slide rails are warranted to a maximum weight carrying capacity, including the weight of the shelf itself, of 100 lbs. with items proportionately stored on the shelf surface. This warranty does not cover defects/deficiency for the installation whether provided by the purchaser or any installation service provider whether or not installed for a fee.

Slide-A-Shelf products are manufactured using new materials. During the warranty period Slide-A-Shelf will repair or replace free of charge the defective product or component of such product (excluding those damaged as a result of shipping) at its sole discretion. Any product or component replaced under this warranty becomes the property of Slide-A-Shelf if it so chooses. Any replacement product or component assumes the balance of the warranty period of the original product or component and is covered for a minimum of 30 days. In the unlikely event that your Slide-A-Shelf product has a recurring failure, Slide-A-Shelf, at its sole discretion, may elect to replace the warranted product with an entirely new product. This is your exclusive remedy for defective product(s). Warranty services exclude freight costs.

This Limited Warranty does not extend to any product from which; (a) defective operation is a result of accident, misuse, abuse, or other external causes; (b) product operation is outside the storage usage/intent of the product; or (c) the product has been modified or serviced by anyone other than Slide-A-Shelf, its personnel or authorized service provider. Except as expressly set forth in this limited warranty, slide-a-shelf makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Slide-A-Shelf expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited warranty. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited to the terms of this limited warranty statement. This warranty super cedes all other warranties for Slide-A-Shelf products whether written or oral.
